As our products are perishable, Coffee Trip does not accept returns of roasted coffee.
We strive to ensure the highest quality in our roasted and packaged products. However, if you encounter any issues related to packaging integrity or product contamination, we are committed to addressing the matter constructively.
Deliveries
All deliveries within South Africa are expected to arrive within 2-5 working days. In cases of delays or out-of-stock items, we will make every effort to keep you informed.
For international deliveries, please contact us directly, as orders outside South Africa cannot be processed via our website.
The courier will request proof of identity from the person receiving the package, and these details will be noted on the invoice. By signing the invoice, the receiver confirms the goods were received in good condition.
Should any items arrive damaged, or if items are missing, please indicate the reasons for returning the parcel on the waybill, and both parties must co-sign to acknowledge this.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, or if no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to Coffee Trip. We will then contact you to reschedule the delivery. Please note that an additional delivery fee will be charged in this case.
